GLCs is a minority and woman-owned consulting firm which specializes in four competency areas: Project Management, Risk Assessment, Cross-Cultural Training, and Logistical Coordination. It was founded in 2005 by Dr. Aicha Lahlou, a native of Morocco who has resided in the United States for over 13 years.

GLCs has an experienced team of regional specialists who can provide you with useful and up-to-date information. It is based in Houston, Texas and has offered different services and programs to many companies and organizations within the United States and overseas.
